Borussia Dortmund
Football Club

Borussia Dortmund, along with Bayern Munich, are the best-known and celebrated German teams. Founded in 1909 and playing from the incredible Westfalenstadion, Borussia Dortmund has remained at the top of German football for most of its history. They have won all the European titles, numerous domestic cups and more than half a dozen league titles.

Dortmund has continued to be a force to be reckoned with in the Bundesliga and beyond. One of their notable and most famous games was after winning consecutive Bundesliga titles in the 90s, when they played Juventus at Munch’s Olympiastadion for the Champions League final and won 3-1. Jurgen Klopp took the helm in 2009 and led them to their fourth Bundesliga victory just 2 years after defending their title the following season and scoring their first double, including the cup win. Despite all the success, they have struggled to win any recent league titles and managed to bottle the league title to Bayern Munich after failing to secure a win in the last match of the season. However, with new signings and a motivation to win, will they manage to secure the league title again?
