Toulouse, based in the city of Toulouse, is a football team that currently competes in Ligue 1, which was founded in 1970. Its home matches are played at the Stadium de Toulouse, which has a capacity of 33,150. Although it is not one of the biggest teams in the top-flight league of French football, many of its players have gone on to big things, such as international strikers Martin Braithwaite, Andre-Pierre Gignac, and the World-Cup winning goalie Fabien Barthez.

Although they have yet to break the top rankings of Ligue 1, the team have won Ligue 2 three times and participated in European competitions five times, including the notable qualification to the UEFA Champions League for the first time in 2007. They have also most recently won the Coupe de France after beating Nantes 5-1 in the final in the 2022-2023 season.
