Udinese
Football Club

Based in Udine in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Udinese is a professional Italian football team competing in Serie A. The team was formed in 1896 originally as a sports club but became a football team in 1911. The team is known for its black and white striped shirt, white socks and black shorts kit.

A Serie A championship title may have eluded the team so far, but they did win the Serie B and Serie C titles 3 times and won the Coppa Italia Serie C once. As part of international football, the team won the UEFA Intertoto Cup in 2000, Anglo-Italian Cup in 1978, and Mitropa Cup in 1979-80.
