Newcastle United
Football Club

Newcastle United have had some great players over the years, such as Alan Shearer, the Premier League's all-time top goalscorer. Other Newcastle legends are Peter Beardsley, Les Ferdinand and Faustino Asprilla.

One of their current best stars is Kieran Trippier, an attacking full-back known for his trademark free kicks. Another player is Miguel Angel Almiron Rejala, who has scored plenty of goals for the club last season.

Newcastle hasn’t won a trophy since 1969, but they have recently been taken over by a consortium of the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF), PCP Capital Partners, and the Reuben Brothers. Fans are expecting a lot from this, and they have already brought in a few new signings and have managed to secure 4th place in the premier league last season to play in the Champions League for the first time since 2003.

The Geordie fans are known for their passion, and if you attend a game at St James Park, it will be an atmosphere you won’t forget.
