The Vitality Stadium (also known as Dean Court) is the smallest stadium in the Premier League, with a capacity of just over 11,000. This means that getting tickets can be very challenging.
It was built back in 1910, but it wasn’t much back then and only had one small stand. Over the years, the stadium has changed a lot. Plans were made to expand it in the 1980s, but this fell through. Then in 2001, the whole stadium was reconstructed, and in 2013 a south stand was added.
Getting to the stadium is straightforward, and we recommend just walking from the main Bournemouth stadium as it's only a 30-minute walk, and there are some excellent pubs along the way. Another alternative is getting a train from Bournemouth train station to Pokesdown station, which is the nearest to the ground.
